The PRA has approved the change in control, subject to conditions, of EFG Private Bank Limited (FRN 144036) in relation to new controllers BTG Pactual G7 Holding S.A., BTG Pactual Holding S.A. Banco BTG Pactual S.A., BTGP-BSI Limited (UK) BTG and a number of individuals. EFG Private Bank Limited is regulated by both the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The conditions imposed reflect those imposed by the FCA on two other entities in the EFG Group which are regulated solely by the FCA.
